Sorry to be a few minutes behind, but Happy (belated) 100th Birthday, Julia. I just happened upon this shot of her with the almighty rooster while watching a video and had to share it. She was a pioneer, and the effect she had on the food world is immeasurable. Cheers to you, Ms. Child!
