I… I… I’m practically speechless.
Sriracha and beer, my two loves. My only wish would be to make it a can from Maui Brewing Co. instead, though. Viva la Sriracha!

Check out this delicious recipe for Sriracha Chicken, written up by Kaitlin, the “Whisk Kid” (also quite the photographer!). Adapted from a Bon Appetit recipe for piri piri chicken, this version is baked (although you could easily grill it if you felt so inclined). Besides sitting in a cozy marinade of Sriracha AND Tabasco (plus garlic and other goodies!), it gets tossed with a glaze of butter, cilantro, garlic, lemon juice, and a touch more Sriracha sauce once it’s done cooking.

LA’s favorite Filipino food truck, The Manila Machine, is serving up a special sandwich this week in honor of Filipino boxer and national icon Manny Pacquiao, who will be fighting Antonio Margarito tomorrow.
The sandwich, dubbed The Southpaw (Pacquiao is left-handed), is an open-faced toasted pan de sal roll topped with The Manila Machine’s signature sisig (spicy calamansi-marinated pork jowls), sriracha mayo, crumbled chicharon, onions, a fried egg, banana ketchup, and a bonus drizzle of sriracha for good measure.

BuiltBurger has been delivering artisan burger patties to doorsteps around the country and serving up gourmet burgers at their brick-and-mortar location in Seattle. Rather than focusing completely on fun condiments and toppings, BuiltBurger makes their patties the highlight, mixing an assortment of ingredients directly into the patty before cooking.
While plenty of them sound delicious, I’m taking a look at that godly Sriracha Beef BuiltBurger:
“We created a harmony of flavors that work together to give you just right amount of heat, while still honoring the meat and other fresh ingredients. This one takes all natural beef and incorporates ginger, shallots, garlic and basil before adding the right dose of Sriracha before it becomes a mighty tasty (with just the right HEAT) BuiltBurger.”
Their Sriracha burger is served up on an organic bun made especially for BuiltBurger, and comes with a side of their savory potato beignets or hand-cut fries. Om nom nom!
