Fried Egg Sandwich with Sriracha Aioli — Heather John, The Foodinista, considers herself a bit of an expert on fried egg sandwiches, and looking at the picture of this masterpiece, spiked with Sriracha aioli, I’d have to agree. A perfectly fried egg on multi-grain bread topped with spicy greens like arugula, thin slices of Gruyère cheese, and a healthy squirt of Sriracha mayo… breakfast of champions. (Pardon the cliché.)

I’m mesmerized by the perfectly cooked yolks. Great lighting and awesome little Sriracha bottle — I’ve never seen that style.
