Fried Egg Sandwich with Sriracha Aioli — Heather John, The Foodinista, considers herself a bit of an expert on fried egg sandwiches, and looking at the picture of this masterpiece, spiked with Sriracha aioli, I’d have to agree. A perfectly fried egg on multi-grain bread topped with spicy greens like arugula, thin slices of Gruyère cheese, and a healthy squirt of Sriracha mayo… breakfast of champions. (Pardon the cliché.)

Mmmmm… Grilled Lemongrass-Marinated Tofu Vietnamese Nachos from the Mandoline Grill food truck. Scallions, jalapeños, mint, cilantro, and a Sriracha aioli. Plus an extra drizzle of Sriracha for good measure. Had em at the LA Beer Week Festival… om nom nom!
